Public offer
This document is the public offer made by ZAYNIDDIN EXPORT LLC (the "Contractor") for the provision of paid subscriptions on the uyiz.uz service. It sets out the services and prices, the payment procedure, payment security and anti-fraud measures, the refund procedure, and the Contractor’s details and contacts. Paying for a subscription means full acceptance of the terms of this offer.
1. General provisions
1.1. This offer is published in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the laws "On Electronic Commerce" and "On Consumer Protection", and is a proposal to conclude a contract on the terms set out on this page.
1.2. The following terms are used in this offer:
- Contractor — ZAYNIDDIN EXPORT LLC, the owner and operator of the Uyiz service.
- Service — the uyiz.uz website and its mobile version: a platform for posting and searching housing listings.
- User — an individual or legal entity that has registered on the Service with a confirmed phone number and is purchasing a subscription.
- Subscription — the right to use the Service’s paid features for 30 calendar days (Section 3).
- Top — displaying a chosen listing for 72 hours in the "Top" block and at the head of the search results.
- Payment page — the secure page of the Bank or of the payment operator it engages; bank card details are entered only there.
- Bank — the acquiring bank that has concluded an internet acquiring agreement with the Contractor, and the payment operator it engages.
1.3. The Service’s core features — searching and viewing listings, posting a listing, and the free Top request reviewed by moderators — remain free and are not the subject of this offer.
1.4. The Contractor is not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users: it does not accept rent, deposits or purchase prices and does not act as an intermediary in such payments. The Service accepts payment only for the subscriptions set out in this offer.
2. Subject of the offer
2.1. The Contractor provides the User with one of the subscriptions listed in Section 3, and the User pays its price on the terms of this offer.
2.2. A subscription is a digital service and is activated electronically in the User’s account on the Service once the payment is confirmed. No physical delivery is involved.
2.3. A subscription is tied to the account that purchased it and cannot be transferred to another account or to a third party.
3. Subscriptions and prices
3.1. Each subscription is valid for 30 calendar days from the moment it is activated and is not renewed automatically. Current subscriptions:
- "Uyiz AI Unlimited" — UZS 12,990 / 30 days. For any User: use of the Uyiz AI assistant with no daily limit (in the free mode the number of requests per day is limited).
- "Owner" — UZS 19,990 / 30 days. For owners listing their own home: 7 Tops of 72 hours each. Additional features added to the Service in future may be provided without increasing the subscription price.
- "Agency" — UZS 35,990 / 30 days. For real estate agencies and agents: 9 Tops of 72 hours each, plus the additional features announced on the Service.
3.2. A Top can be applied only to an active (published) listing belonging to the User. A Top that has been used keeps the listing for 72 hours in the "Top" block and at the head of the search results. A Top used at the end of the subscription period also runs for the full 72 hours.
3.3. Tops not used within the subscription period lapse when the period ends and are not carried over to the next period.
3.4. A Top increases a listing’s visibility but does not guarantee any number of views or calls, or that an agreement will be concluded. A Top used on a listing that a moderator has hidden or removed for breaching the Terms of use is not restored.
3.5. Unlimited use under the "Uyiz AI Unlimited" subscription is provided on a fair-use basis: sending requests automatically through a bot or script, and sharing the account with other persons, are prohibited. Short-term technical limits (for example, on the number of requests per minute) may be applied to protect the stability of the Service.
3.6. Prices are stated in Uzbek soums and include all taxes provided for by law. The Contractor may change prices; a new price does not affect a subscription that has already been paid for.
4. Acceptance of the offer
4.1. The User chooses a subscription, confirms before paying that they have read this offer, and pays the subscription price. Successful completion of the payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer.
4.2. From the moment of acceptance the contract is deemed concluded in writing and remains in force until the subscription period ends or until it is terminated in accordance with Section 8.
4.3. A person under 18 may purchase a subscription only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The Contractor:
- activates the subscription immediately once the payment is confirmed;
- ensures the Service operates without interruption during the subscription and gives advance notice of scheduled maintenance;
- reviews the User’s requests within the time limits set out in this offer;
- keeps the User’s data confidential.
5.2. The Contractor has the right to:
- suspend the account and the subscription where signs of fraud are detected or the Terms of use are seriously breached (clauses 7.5 and 8.4);
- update the Service’s features, without worsening the terms of a subscription that has been paid for.
5.3. The User:
- provides accurate information about themselves on the Service;
- pays only with a bank card that belongs to them;
- does not share SMS codes, passwords or card details with anyone;
- complies with the Service’s Terms of use.
5.4. The User has the right to use the subscription in full, to withdraw from the subscription and request a refund in accordance with Section 8, and to contact the Contractor on any matter.
6. Payment procedure
6.1. Subscriptions are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. All settlements are made in Uzbek soums (UZS) only.
6.2. Payment method — online payment by bank card. Cards of the Uzcard and Humo payment systems are accepted; Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted where the Bank supports payments with them. The exact list of accepted cards is shown on the payment page. Payment in cash, by transfer to a personal card or by any other method is not accepted.
6.3. Payment steps:
- 1) sign in to your account on uyiz.uz with your phone number;
- 2) in the "Subscriptions" section, choose a subscription, check its name, period and price, and confirm that you have read this offer;
- 3) press the "Pay" button — the Bank’s secure payment page opens;
- 4) enter the card number and expiry date, then confirm the payment with the one-time SMS code sent by the bank that issued the card;
- 5) once the payment is confirmed you return to the Service and the subscription is activated in your account automatically.
6.4. The subscription is activated as soon as the Bank confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. If the subscription is not active within 1 hour of payment, contact us through the channels in Section 14, stating the payment date, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card.
6.5. The payment is deemed made at the moment the funds are debited from the card account and the Bank confirms the payment.
6.6. An electronic fiscal receipt is issued for every payment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is provided to the User on the payment page or in their account on the Service.
6.7. The Contractor charges no additional fee for payment. The bank that issued the card may charge a fee under its own tariffs.
6.8. Subscriptions are not renewed automatically: no repeat debit is made from the card without a new payment by the User, and card details are not stored for future payments.
7. Payment security and anti-fraud measures
7.1. Card data never reaches the Service: the card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code are entered only on the Bank’s secure payment page. The Contractor does not see, receive or store them.
7.2. The payment page operates in accordance with the PCI DSS international security standard, and data is transmitted encrypted over TLS. The uyiz.uz website works only over a secure HTTPS connection.
7.3. Every payment is confirmed with a one-time SMS code (OTP) from the bank that issued the card; a payment without the code, or with a wrong code, does not go through.
7.4. The Contractor accepts the restrictions provided for in the internet acquiring agreement and uses the Bank’s capabilities for combating fraudulent operations: limits per card and per operation, and the suspension or rejection of a suspicious operation, are applied on the side of the Bank and the payment system; an operation rejected by the Bank is not executed on the Service’s side — a subscription is activated only after the payment is confirmed; a request from the Bank to check or cancel an operation is carried out unconditionally.
7.5. Controls on the Service’s side:
- a log is kept of every payment order and transaction (date and time, amount, status, transaction number, account, subscription type) and is provided at the Bank’s request;
- a subscription can be purchased only from an account whose phone number has been confirmed by SMS code;
- while a subscription of a given type is active, a repeat payment for the same subscription is not accepted — this prevents an accidental double debit;
- after 5 unsuccessful payment attempts from one account within 1 hour, the ability to pay is restricted for 24 hours;
- where signs of fraud are detected, the account is blocked and the case is investigated together with the Bank;
- a report of a suspicious operation is reviewed within 24 hours.
7.6. The Contractor’s staff never ask for a card number, CVV/CVC, SMS code or password, and never suggest paying for a subscription by transfer to a personal card. Payment for a subscription is accepted only through the payment page opened from within the account on the Service. Any other proposal is fraud: do not pay, and report it through the channel in clause 7.8.
7.7. If a card is lost or its details have become known to someone else, the User must block the card immediately through the bank that issued it.
7.8. Channel for reporting a suspicious operation: write to support@uyiz.uz with the subject "Suspicious operation" or call +998 93 718 88 85 (daily, 09:00–21:00). State the date and amount of the operation and the last 4 digits of the card. The report is reviewed within 24 hours and, where necessary, the operation is sent to the Bank for checking.
8. Refund procedure
8.1. The payment is refunded in full if:
- the payment went through but the subscription was not activated for a reason attributable to the Contractor;
- the funds for a single order were debited more than once — the excess amount is refunded in full;
- the User withdraws from the subscription within 3 calendar days of its activation and has not used its features (no Top used, no requests to Uyiz AI beyond the free limit);
- the Bank recognises the operation as made without the cardholder’s consent.
8.2. The payment is refunded in part if:
- the User withdraws from the subscription after the period in clause 8.1 or after starting to use it — the unused part of the subscription is refunded;
- the Service has been unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for a reason attributable to the Contractor — at the User’s choice, an amount proportional to the days of unavailability is refunded or the subscription is extended by the same number of days.
8.3. The unused part is calculated for "Uyiz AI Unlimited" as price × full days remaining ÷ 30. For "Owner" and "Agency" it is price × unused Tops ÷ the number of Tops in the subscription, but not more than the share of full days remaining. The amount is rounded down to the whole soum. For example, if the "Uyiz AI Unlimited" subscription is cancelled with 20 full days remaining, 12,990 × 20 ÷ 30 = UZS 8,660 is refunded.
8.4. If the subscription period has ended or all Tops have been used, no unused part remains and no refund is made under the first case of clause 8.2. Requests about a repeated debit or an unauthorised operation are reviewed regardless of the time elapsed. Where an account is blocked for fraud or a serious breach of the Terms of use, the payment is investigated together with the Bank and the funds are refunded only to the cardholder, on the basis of the Bank’s findings.
8.5. How to request a refund:
- 1) send a request to support@uyiz.uz or to the @uyiz account on Telegram, stating: your account phone number, the payment date and amount, the last 4 digits of the card, the fiscal receipt or transaction number (if available), and the reason for the refund;
- 2) receipt of the request is confirmed within 1 working day;
- 3) the request is reviewed within 3 working days and the decision is communicated to the User;
- 4) if the decision is positive, the funds are returned to the card used for the payment within up to 10 working days; when they reach the card also depends on the bank that issued it.
8.6. Funds are refunded only to the card from which the payment was made. Refunds in cash, to another card or to a third party are not made.
8.7. No fee is charged for a refund.
8.8. After a full refund the subscription is cancelled; after a partial refund the remaining subscription period and unused Tops are cancelled.
8.9. If the User disputes the payment through their own bank (chargeback), the Contractor provides the operation log at the Bank’s request and complies with the Bank’s decision.
9. Liability
9.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform their obligations under this offer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9.2. The Contractor’s liability in respect of a subscription is limited to the amount the User paid for that subscription.
9.3. The Contractor is not liable for the accuracy of information in listings or for agreements between users — these matters are governed by the Service’s Terms of use.
9.4. The Contractor is not liable for payment delays caused by failures on the side of the Bank, payment systems or telecom operators, but helps the User to resolve the problem.
10. Force majeure
10.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, military action, decisions of state authorities, large-scale power or internet outages). In that case the subscription period is extended by the number of days the circumstances lasted.
11. Dispute resolution
11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. A claim is sent to support@uyiz.uz and reviewed within 10 working days; refund requests are reviewed within the time limits in Section 8.
11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Personal data
12.1. The Contractor processes the User’s data in accordance with the Law "On Personal Data" and the Privacy policy on the Service.
12.2. In respect of payments the Contractor receives only the data provided by the Bank: the payment date, amount, status, transaction number and the masked card number. The card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC are not provided to the Contractor (clause 7.1).
13. Validity and amendment of the offer
13.1. The offer is in force from the moment it is published on this page; the date of the current version is shown at the foot of the page.
13.2. The Contractor may amend the offer unilaterally. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page and applies to payments made after that; subscriptions already paid for remain on the terms in force at the time of payment.
13.3. The offer is published in Uzbek, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Uzbek text prevails.
