This page explains in plain language what data is collected, why it is needed and how you can control it. The text is written as a general explanation and does not replace legal advice.
What data is collected
Registration asks for your phone number and your name. If you are an owner, your listings — address, price, description and photographs — are stored as well. Beyond that, simple account-related data such as your saved listings and your search preferences is kept.
General statistics about visits are collected anonymously: which pages were opened, the approximate region and the type of device. This data is not used to identify anyone and is not linked to an individual user.

Why it is needed
The phone number serves two purposes: protecting the account, and connecting tenants with owners. Verifying the number substantially reduces fake and duplicate accounts.
Data is not sold to third parties for advertising. It is used only to operate the platform, to keep it secure and to detect breaches of the rules. Information may be provided to the authorities where the law requires it.
Who can see your phone number
An owner’s phone number is shown only on the full listing page and only to signed-in users. It is not displayed in search results, on listing pages or to visitors who are not signed in.
That restriction is deliberate: it protects numbers from bulk scrapers and from advertising spam. If you write your number into the body of the listing text, the protection does not apply — so keep it out of the description.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses small files in your browser to remember that you are signed in and to keep your preferences. Without them you would have to sign in again every time.
Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form. You can restrict these files through your browser settings, though some conveniences of the site may stop working if you do.
Deleting your account and requesting your data
In your account settings you can change your name and contact details at any time, and hide or delete your listings.
If you ask for your account to be deleted entirely, your listings are removed from the site and your personal data is erased. Certain technical records may be retained for a limited period for security reasons and where the law requires it. You can also request a copy of the data held about you.
